A career with Henrietta Ambulance is a challenging yet rewarding one. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our paid staff started out as volunteers in EMS and have progressed into turning it into a career. We currently employ nearly 40 paid employees, 19 of which are full-time. They are dedicated professionals who work in tandem with our volunteers creating a seamless & transparent operation, providing the very best in pre-hospital care to the community.
Our paid staff is broken down into full-time (35-40 hours/week), part-time (20 hours/week) and per diem positions. All employees must have proven experience in their desired role in order to be hired. We welcome applications from experienced EMTs & paramedics interested in joining our growing staff.
